1. Registration for the Yaounde International Agribusiness Exhibition ends on June 30th.
  2. A properly submitted registration form immediately triggers off the billing mechanism.
  3. Stands shall be available two days before opening event. Exhibitors will be able to access their stands starting Sunday June 30th on presentation of relevant documents issued by the organizers.
  4. Exhibitors and their personnel shall be identified by badges issued by the organizers. A list of no more than four (04) members of staff shall be submitted to the organizers five (05) days before the event. Extra badges shall cost 1500 FCFA
  5. Cancelation of Stands; cancellation is possible up till 10 June 2019 by registered mail. The exhibitor however is liable for publicity spots ordered and in production as well as fees relating to the preparation of stands.

  • 09.00 – 21.00: Exhibition

  2. Organizations are available to assist with for decoration of stands and communication initiatives outside the grounds of the event.
  3. Contacts for hostesses, printing and the production of banners, interpreters are available on request
  4. Vaccines: Only the yellow fever vaccine is obligatory. All other ones are optional. Preventive measures against malaria are highly recommended.
  5. Climate: Climatic conditions are similar to European, so light clothing is recommended. Altitude: 750m.
  6. Temporary importation of merchandise: procedural forms are available on request.
  7. Services available on site: information sites, secretariat of the organization, Business 13 center, bank, transit, insurance and custom counters (all optional), Police Posts as well as the SIALY security setup, fire brigade and others.
