A coherent, internationalized, and innovative offering<\/p>\n<p>An economic event of the Cameroonian and African agricultural sector, aimed at promoting and strengthening the development of agriculture and the agro-food industry, which are major concerns of African countries in general, and Central Africa in particular, SIALY 2027 is repositioning itself to continue its activities and its contribution to the fight against underdevelopment, unemployment, and poverty, boost food self-sufficiency, economic development, financial resources, growth, and the satisfaction of the population's needs.<\/p>\n<p>The Cameroonian Head of State, by deciding to relaunch the organization of the Ebolawa Agropastoral Show in 2011, demonstrated the Government's commitment to revitalizing the agricultural sector. <strong>Industrial Agriculture \u2013 Industrial Transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since 2010, SIALY has established itself over the editions as a major tool serving the Agro-Food Industries (AFI) and fostering dialogue between industrialists and suppliers. Born from the desire to promote the agro-food industry, SIALY invites AFI professionals to discover a qualitative and quantitative offering.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Au menu\u00a0:<\/strong> Pertinence, coh\u00e9rence et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans un espace privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 id\u00e9al pour interagir en direct, face \u00e0 face avec les principaux acteurs du secteur.<\/p>\n<p>Le Cameroun est aujourd\u2019hui face \u00e0 un double d\u00e9fi notamment, l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la production en qualit\u00e9\/quantit\u00e9 et la transformation de ses produits locaux afin de les commercialiser \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Le SIALY est donc une contribution subs\u00e9quente pour une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 des actions des pouvoirs publics par le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s mat\u00e9rielles, techniques et financi\u00e8res des op\u00e9rateurs du secteur de l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>The agro-food industry consists of all industrial activities that transform raw materials from agriculture, livestock, or fishing into food products primarily intended for human consumption. It should not be confused with agro-industry, which includes, in addition to agro-food, the transformation of raw materials from agriculture, fishing, and forestry into non-food products, such as biofuels, biomaterials, and industrial biotechnology ('white biotechnology').<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Several major activity categories are generally distinguished in the agro-food industry:<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Meat industry<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Manufacture of processed food products<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Manufacture of cereal-based products<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Manufacture of oils, fats, and margarines<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sugar industry<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Manufacture of various food products (mushrooms, vegetables and fruits, etc.)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Manufacture of beverages and alcohol<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Processing of seafood products, etc.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Interest of SIALY<\/h4>\n<p>SIALY is an exclusive international event organized in Cameroon, bringing together all the stakeholders from the agriculture and agro-food sectors, both locally and internationally. This uniqueness gives it a particular and significant interest.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, the opportunities offered by the holding of SIALY are essential at all levels:<\/p>\n<p>SIALY brings together industry stakeholders to discuss issues related to the agro-food industry.
